Home Survey Reports have been offering grant funded insulation solutions since 2006. 

This is an added value service to our clients based upon the demand highlighted in the recommendation report on the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) initially within the Home Information Pack. 

We initially dealt with our clients who were looking to improve the energy efficiency highlited in the energy performance certificate, while saving money on fuel costs.  Since then we have carried out portfolios of properties for landlords and letting agents who recognise the benefits in imporoving the property which of course limits condensation, cuts down on maintenance costs, makes the property more comfortable and cheaper to run for their tenants not to mention playing their part in lowering carbon emissions. 

Most people may have heard of the availablility of grant funding promoted under the Warmfront scheme principally by the Energy Savings Trust, we operate a similar service but from a private sector point of view, all the same benefits are available to the consumer, we carry out a free no obligation survey which includes a loft and cavity wall survey, we carry out all the required paperwork and instruct the installers to fit at a conveinient time to you.  Payment becomes due once the installation has been completed.  

Loft insulation

This is one of the most effective ways to make your home more energy-efficient. We fit two layers of insulation in the loft.

Around 25 per cent of heat is lost through the roof of your home.
